Our Similaun Alpine Hut is situated at 3,019 m
’above the clouds’ on historic ground.
The hut was built by our family more than 100 years ago and is in private ownership. The Niederjoch Pass, the border between North and South Tyrol, was already used as a pathway at the time of 'Ötzi'. The hut is famous for its good food and wine and represents a popular starting point for climbing peaks, and for glacier and mountaineering courses as well as the classical Ötztal valley tour.
